Pay My Water Bill

To pay or access your utility bill online for the first time, you will need the following pieces of information, which may be obtained from your billing statement:  

1. Last payment made
2. Account Number

If you need additional assistance please call our billing department at 626-355-7135 ext 304.  Once set up you may log in here: ONLINE BILLING

Please note that payments will be posted to your account the following business day.

Please DO NOT use the Sierra Madre online program if you need:

• * to reconnect after service has been disconnected. You must contact the Utility Billing Office at (626) 355-7135 to restore service.
• * your payment posted the same day. Payments will be posted the following business day, your payment may not make it in time to avoid penalties and/or shut-off.
